Application

This instrument is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the petrochemical industry standard SH / T0430 determination of the boiling point of brake fluid equilibrium reflux. It is suitable for the determination of the boiling point of engine coolant /brake fluid according to the standard SH / T0430 and ASTM D1120.

Main technical specifications and parameters

1. Working power supply: AC220 V ± 10%, 50 Hz.

2. Distillation flask: made of hard glass, heat resistant above 500 °C. The diameter of the bottle body ball is Ф 60 ± 2mm, and there is a thermometer insertion port, which meets the requirements of SH / T0089 standard.

3. Thermometer: No.3 thermometer is used for dropping point, with the temperature measuring range of - 5 °C ~ 300 °C and the minimum division value of 1.0 °C. It meets the requirements of the people's Republic of China standard GB514 technical conditions for liquid thermometers for petroleum products testing.

4. Reflux condensing tube: 200 mm long, meeting the requirements of SH / T 0430 standard.

5. Heating thermostat: it is composed of heating furnace, thyristor temperature regulating circuit and box shell, with power of 100W and adjustable heating rate.

6. Power consumption: no more than 120W (single tube)
