ASTM D323 Automatic Saturated Vapor Pressure Tester Model TP-107

Application:

The TP-107 automatic saturated vapor pressure tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T 8017 and ASTM D323. It is suitable for the determination of the Reid saturated vapor pressure of gasoline, volatile crude oil and other volatile petroleum products under this standard to evaluate the volatility strength, start-up performance, the tendency to generate vapor lock and the tendency to lose light fractions during transportation and storage of sample oil, etc. The random configuration includes the necessary parts for the test which can be completed without additional spare parts. All the key components are imported, such as pressure sensors, industrial computers, etc., which greatly guarantees the accuracy of the data and the stability of the instrument.

Software performance:

u The instrument can operate independently or connect to multiple PCs through HLIS/ALAN to control. The operator can choose quick method or built-in operating instructions to define the test process. It can store 200 groups of data reports, displaying, printing and making LIMS transmission of customized design test reports.

u Have full Chinese operating system. All experimental processes can be completed automatically after the sample’s injection.

u The instrument has a built-in diagnostic program that can check every core component and functional block of the instrument.
