In the current security inspection and explosion elimination work, X-ray detection has become the main means  to detect the situation of suspicious objects. However, in general, X-ray detection needs to arrange light sources and detectors at both ends of the object to be inspected, which are complex and can only detect objects on the

ground, but can not detect objects near the wall or in the air. At the same time, the X-ray transmission detection is not sensitive to low-density organic substances (explosives, drugs). Therefore, the backscatter technology of  single-sided imaging has become an important means to solve the above problems.

Our company has independently developed a handheld backscatter detector with strong R&D strength of X-ray products, and has relevant invention patents. Single-sided detection, image quality reaches the international

advanced level. It can effectively inspect some places that are difficult to be inspected by ordinary X-ray machines, such as objects against walls, furniture, walls, car doors and tires.

I 、Equipment characteristics：

1）advanced backscattering imaging techniques：

Back-scattering technology refers to the use of low-energy X-rays to irradiate a point of the inspected object, and the detector collects the scattered rays to obtain the information of this point. The X-ray machine scans the whole object through the flying point scanning system, so as to obtain the image of the whole object.    Because the X-ray machine and detector are arranged on the same side, the backscatter detection equipment is compact in structure and convenient in layout. It can detect objects close to the wall or thick objects, making up for the defects of ordinary transmission X-ray detection.

2）High integration, simple operation, single person operation:：

Integrated design of equipment detection and control. The control part is an 8-inch tablet computer. When using it, turn on the software image acquisition function. The handheld device aims at the object to be detected, hold the handle with both hands, and press the acquisition button on the handle to work.

With dual laser positioning function, it is convenient to quickly determine the scanning position.

3）Good image quality, can easily distinguish organic and inorganic substances  ：

Due  to  the  characteristics  of X-ray  scattering,  the  backscattering  technology  is  naturally  sensitive  to explosives, drugs and other organic substances, and can clearly distinguish organic and inorganic substances. While carrying forward this advantage, our company's products optimize the structure of the  equipment by virtue of its strong technical strength. Under the premise of controlling the volume of the equipment, the image effect reaches the world's advanced level, can distinguish 0.32mm metal wire, and has excellent noise control.

4） Low radiation dose and long endurance:

the low energy ray machine is used, and the X-ray coverage range is  a very  small  scanning point,  so the radiation dose is very low, only slightly higher than the environmental background radiation, which is suitable for long-time handheld use.

II. Main purpose of equipment

1) House safety inspection:

It can detect the walls, tables and chairs, and furniture in the house, scan whether there is interlayer, and secretly record the eavesdropping equipment.

2) Temporary security check:

It is portable and can be checked at any time when the temporary card is set up, such as baggage passing through the card, vehicle tires or seats and interlayer in the vehicle, bulk goods or packed wooden cases, to see whether there are prohibited or dangerous goods.

3) Suspected explosives:

It can scan suspicious items in the corner, against the wall or in the air without moving suspicious items.

4) Large package inspection:

Large parcels can be inspected directly at the mail sorting line without moving the inspected items and without thickness limitation.

5) Site security inspection:

In addition to checking bags, you can also check the suspicious parts of the human body and the soles of shoes and other places that are not easy to check.

III. Technical parameter:

1 、The backscatter detection method can be used to detect suspicious packages, walls, furniture, car tires and   interior space. Single-sided detection imaging does not require any imaging device behind the inspected items.

functions of image enhancement, brightness adjustment, contrast adjustment, smoothing, pseudo-color, reverse image and mosaic. With 11 different pseudo-color setup schemes

5. Image resolution: Able to distinguish 0.32mm metal wire, and capture 0.32mm metal wire on a plastic plate. The metal wire in the image can be recognized by the naked eye.
