The company takes the traditional management philosophy, develops and promotes the liquid-solid filtration system. Every processes including the function design, manufacturing process and sale process are all specified and required in detail. Some series products systems mainly including plate pressure purifiers, box pressure purifiers, diaphragm compressed box pressure purifiers, stock-controlled automatic diaphragm compressed box pressure purifiers, belt-type pressure purifiers, tripod centrifuge and stainless steel filter are formed gradually.

The company has the following series pressure purifiers: plate, box and diaphragm compressed box pressure purifiers of types of 320, 450, 630, 800, 1000, 1250, 1500, 2000 with a filtering area ranging from 0.5m² to 800m². The material of the plate includes iron, ordinary reinforced polypropylene, glass fiber reinforced polypropylene and stainless steel and others. The compressing forms include manual compressing, compressing with a jack, mechanical compressing, hydraulic compressing, automatic pressure-maintained compressing and the advanced microcomputer stock fully controlled PLC control. The filtering forms include open delivery, closed delivery, open delivery washable, closed delivery washable and two-way crossed washing. The products are widely used in chemistry, petroleum, pharmaceutical, sugar manufacture, metallurgy, food, ceramics and starch and other production processes of industries and cleaning of industrial sewage and domestic sewage.

Chemistry: dye, pigment, titanium dioxide, electrolytic manganese, caustic soda, sodium carbonate, alkali salt mud, white carbon black, saponin, graphite, bleaching powder, lithopone, fluorescent powder, sodium hydrosulfite, potassium chlorate, potassium sulphate, ferrous sulfate, ferric hydroxide and purifier (aluminum sulfate, aluminium polychlorid and aluminium chloride), etc,.
Medicine: antibiotics (aureomycin, erythromycin, spiramycin, Jinggangmycin, midecamycin, acheomycin, berberine and terramycin), calcium phytic acid, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) inositol, growth derived sand, organophosphorus and saccharifying enzyme.
Food: rice wine, Chinese spirits, fruit juice, beverage, beer, yeast, citric acid, vegetable protein, vegetable honey aspartame, glucose, stevioside, maltose, starch sugar, starch, rice flour, corn steep liquor, glue,carrageenan, aginomoto, spice, paste liquid, oral administration liquid, soymilk and seaweed.
Metallurgy: gold ore, sliver ore, copper ore, iron ore, zinc ore, powder like tombarthite.
Oil refining: mineral oil, sesame oil, naphtha, glycerinum, machine oil and vegetable oil.
Potter clay: kaolin, bentonite, active soil, china clay and electronic ceramic clay.
Sewage treatment: chemical sewage, smelting sewage, electroplating sewage, leather sewage, dyeing sewage, brewing sewage, pharmacy sewage and environmental sewage, etc,.

Application:
Filter Press is usually used in all kinds of suspension liquid for separating solid and liquid, such as food, environmental protection light industry, medicine, chemical industry, metallurgy, petroleum industry, etc. O il filter press , as the name suggests, is widely used in oil industry.
Oil filter press is important equipment in oil mill plant which is quite suitable for clearing and filtering the different plant rude-oil, also it could clear the waste water, waste cooking oil. Use the smaller mesh filtering cloth, which could be used for clearing the bio - diesel oil .
